Mobile Charging

Power on the go – charge your EV anytime, anywhere.

Book an EV concierge easily to charge anytime, anywhere with our partner, P.UP.

For a period of 12 months, you can enjoy charging up to 80%, up to five times per month. In addition, P.UP concierge include the P.UP rescue service, providing free roadside assistance and rescue services, 24/7. 

How it works

P.UP provides rapid DC charging services. All you need to do is download the P.UP app and book a slot for your charging needs (up to 2 hours before your requested service time). If you’d like to have mobile charging as your charging solution, select in the My Order menu.

Login to your account

Choose your vehicle to initiate the appointment booking process.

Select your preferred date, time and location

Complete all mandatory fields to confirm the appointment. Ideally on the day of the appointment, you are parked at a covered parking area, and have an empty parking space next to you for the EV Concierge’s mobile charger to park.

If your schedule changes and you need to change your booking, you can cancel your original booking (up 1 to 1 hour before service time).

Track arrival of your EV Concierge

For further assistance, use the app to monitor and communicate with your designated EV Concierge. When P.UP arrives, the EV Concierge will contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp message. You can then unlock the car in person, or via your BlueLink smartphone application.

Monitor your EV charging status

Stay updated on the charging progress and receive remote notifications once the service is finished.
